BESTWhen I went to Taiwan, a typhoon came and the entire Taiwan was closed for school and business. That's why I really wanted to go to the National Taiwan Museum and the Palace Museum, but the closure order was lifted on the day I returned to Korea, so I went to the National Taiwan Museum due to time constraints. I didn't expect as much as the Palace Museum, but it was better than I thought. On the day I went, there was a festival-like event in front of the museum, so it was nice to be able to experience the local culture, and the exhibits inside the museum were also good because they taught me about Taiwan's history. If you go to Taiwan, I recommend visiting at least once. * If you buy it using WAUG, you will receive a voucher, and if you take the QR code to the ticket booth, the staff will exchange it for a paper ticket.
With one pass,
Conquer the National Museum of Taiwan
The National Taiwan Museum was established in 1908. This museum, formerly known as the Taiwan Governor's Office Museum, is the oldest existing museum in Taiwan and its main feature is its natural history collection. The Paleontology Museum was designated as a Grade 3 historic site by the Ministry of Home Affairs in 1991, and was changed to a Taipei City-designated historic site in 1997, and is currently a natural history and financial history museum.
In 1998, the Nanmen Factory was designated a national historic site by the Ministry of Home Affairs, and in 2006, it was transferred from the State Property Office to the Taiwan Museum and included in the Capital Museum Group System Plan. This site was restored and reused as an exhibition hall.
The Ministry of Railways Historic Site Exhibition plans 4 thematic exhibition rooms, 6 digital guides, and 20 on-site disassembly surveys to show the historical splendor and architectural features of the Ministry of Railways and guide the audience to the perspective of the restoration site. All kinds of amazing things about the Railway Ministry's historic building are waiting for you to visit and discover.
