It's not difficult to exchange tickets

When you arrive at JR West's Kansai Airport Station, you must scan the QR code in the mobile voucher you received from WAUG at the 'white dedicated exchange machine' installed in front of the automatic ticket gate and exchange it for a usage ticket.
Please remember the machine circled in red in the photo above!

Don't worry, it's not difficult at all if you follow the steps below.

① Scan the QR code in the voucher at the exchange machine.
② Please select the train you are boarding. (You can select it up to 5 minutes before departure time.)
③ After receiving the ticket issued from the exchange machine, enter through the ticket gate staffed by the station staff.

If the “Dedicated Exchange Machine” is out of order and cannot be used, please exchange it at the “Green Ticket Machine” or “Midori no Madoguchi” with the passport mark at the station. Exchanges take place from 05:30 a.m. on the day of boarding until 5 minutes before the departure of the last limited express Haruka train. Also, if the designated car (car no. 4) of the desired train is crowded, please use a non-reserved seat.

After exchanging the voucher for a “Usage Table”, you cannot receive a refund or change the date of use/train of use. (Please contact WAUG for a refund before exchange.)
Also, if you lose the “User List”, it cannot be reissued, so please be careful not to lose it. If you lose it, you must purchase a new ticket.

If the train you plan to board is canceled before boarding after exchanging for a “Usage Ticket,” please use another Haruka non-reserved seat or Kansai Rapid.
