It takes about 3 to 3 hours and 30 minutes from Hanoi to Halong Bay. A somewhat long travel time can be a very uncomfortable experience if the vehicle you are using is small or the seats are narrow. WAUG Halong Bay Tours has prepared limousines with spacious seats and excellent air conditioning so that you can enjoy long distance travel comfortably. Vehicles are divided into two types and determined by the number of reservations. Vehicle 1 travels via Jinju Market instead of Bai Chay for about 20 minutes, and Vehicle 2 travels via Bai Chay instead of Jinju Market! Cancellation on the same day to 3 days in advance: No refund
Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.

•If you do not arrive by the departure time, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
