1. Take a bus bound for Johor Bahru at Queen Street Bus Terminal (bugis station) (30 minutes)

3. Go through immigration screening and meet with guide at City Square Mall (there are many places to exchange currency and purchase SIM cards).

If notified at least 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.

On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
The date and time of your cancellation request will be based on the local time of your trip.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
