Wellness programs with various themes
Experience the representative activities that come to mind when thinking of 'wellness', meditation and barefoot walking, at the Roman Garden. Among the 23 themes of the Roman Garden, the Sunlight Healing Area is the best place to get some sunlight. Meditating under the sunlight can reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental health.
Walk barefoot on the barefoot walking path. Feel the natural elements as you experience natural healing that stimulates your feet, which are also called the second heart, and help blood circulation through stimulation of the peripheral nerves due to the acupressure effect.
