• Cancellation/change is possible without a fee if cancelled 7 days (~7) prior to the date of use.
• A 50% refund will be given if cancelled 3 days (6~3) prior to the date of use.
• A full refund will not be given if cancelled 2 days (2~same day) prior to the date of use.
• The date of use is based on local time.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:30 / Saturday 10:00~17:00). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
