- If notified up to 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the tour price
- If notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 20% deduction of the product price
- If notified up to 7 days prior to the start of the trip (19~7): 30% deduction of the product price
- If notified up to 4 days prior to the start of the trip (6~4): 50% deduction of the product price
- If notified up to the day of travel (3~same day): Cancellation/refund not possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Please request cancellation and refund during business hours and receive cancellation confirmation.
