Meeting time:
1. The hopping tour is conducted sequentially from 7:40 am to 9:15 am depending on the hotel location.
- Pickup is possible for most accommodations other than the hotel being picked up, with a few exceptions due to the route/entry time, so please indicate the pick-up location accurately when making a reservation.

2. Pick-up time is 3 am.
- We are not responsible for problems that prevent you from participating in the tour due to delays, etc.
- Be sure to apply only if you have enough time.

• This tour will be held without any holidays.
• If the 3 island hopping is a join-in, and the Oslob & canyoneering is a solo event, we will inform you of an alternative date if the schedule is canceled, and if there are no available dates, a 100% refund will be issued.
• Oslob/Canyoneering airport pickup is only available for flights arriving before 2am. Airport pick-up is not possible for flights after this date.
• In case of cancellation due to weather, number of guests, etc., we will reschedule or provide a 100% refund.
• If there is a partial cancellation due to weather, number of guests, etc., we will refund the remainder excluding the price of each item.
• Canyoneering cancellations due to local circumstances such as bad weather are usually notified by local authorities in the Philippines in the morning. Please understand in advance that you may receive a canyoning cancellation notice while on the way to the canyoning location or while moving to the Oslob location.
• After the Oslob + Tumalog tour, we will have a meal, but if you want to go canyoneering quickly, please tell the guide in advance that you will take out lunch in the morning.
• In Oslob, depending on the tour time and weather, the waiting + tour time may be longer than the schedule provided. .
• This tour is not available for one day, so you must book it over two days. You can make a reservation for the date of your choice during the tour. (Tour date may change due to local circumstances.)
• Canyoneering is staffed by safety personnel verified by the Philippine government.
• This product can be purchased by at least 2 people.
• For Koreans, pickup information will be sent through KakaoTalk until the day before the tour.
• It is recommended that you wear your water play clothes, and as the vehicle may be cold due to air conditioning, it is a good idea to bring a jacket or additional towels.
• If you do not hear from us by evening, please call or use KakaoTalk using the emergency contact information.
• We are not responsible for any problems arising from not checking KakaoTalk. (If KakaoTalk is not connected, information will be sent via email.)
• Pickup may not be possible for Airbnb, guesthouses, condominiums, etc.
• If you want airport pick-up, you can do Oslob & canyoneering first and schedule the hopping for the next day. The airport pick-up time is fixed at 3 o'clock, so it is recommended to apply only when you have plenty of time to arrive.
• If you are late due to delay, etc., the tour is non-refundable.
• Luggage storage is available. (However, please take care of your valuables yourself. We are not responsible if they are lost.)
• For any changes, please contact WAUG first.
• Shuttle pick-up along the route for areas far from major hotels in Cebu and Mandaue City, such as near downtown Cebu (Santo Nino / San Pedro / Port Terminal (1-5) / Colon Market), north of Mandaue, Talamban area, Talisay, etc. /This is a place where drop-off is difficult. In this case, you must come to a nearby pick-up location and receive the pick-up.

If you change or cancel your reservation after confirming it, a fee according to the special terms and conditions will be applied in accordance with Article 5 (Special Terms and Conditions) of the Travel Terms and Conditions.
If canceled 7 - 8 days before the date of use, 20% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
If canceled 3 - 6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
On the day of use - No refund for cancellation or non-attendance 2 days in advance
If a reservation is made by a package customer, absolutely no refund is possible.
