What to Remember
- We will help you with the type of kimono and simple hair setting that goes well with it. However, if you wish to wear a fancy hairstyle, such as braiding or putting your hair up, you can use it after paying on-site by selecting it at the time of reservation.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than the time specified at the time of reservation, your reservation may be cancelled. Changes and refunds are not possible due to this.
- You can only leave your belongings, such as a change of clothes, for free. Other items such as bags and suitcases can be checked in for 500 yen (excluding consumption tax).
- Premium kimonos are available for ages 12 and older, and basic kimonos are available for ages 3 and older.
- Kimonos for infants are not available. Nevertheless, if you would like to experience it, please make a reservation with the children's option. In this case, refunds are not possible even if the size does not fit.
- The deadline for returning kimonos is 5:30 PM. Please be punctual.
