• We will help you choose the type of kimono and provide a simple hair style that matches it. However, if you wish to have a more elaborate hairstyle, such as braiding or putting your hair up, you can select this when making a reservation and pay on site.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your reservation time to complete identity verification, etc.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late from the time you specified when making your reservation, your reservation may be cancelled. No changes or refunds will be made due to this.
• Please make sure to bring your passport for identification purposes, as you will not be able to experience wearing a kimono without it.
• The deadline for returning kimonos is 5:30 p.m. Please be punctual.
• If you return the item after the return deadline, additional charges will apply, so please return the item on time.
