- You can enter the observatory 15 minutes after your reservation time. Once you enter, you can stay as long as you like.
- Standard tickets and combination tickets only allow entry on the specified date and time. Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- All-inclusive tickets allow free entry within operating hours on the specified date. However, changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows.
- When booking combination tickets or all-inclusive tickets, you will have priority access to the security checkpoint.
- A voucher is included for $5 for a combination ticket and $15 for an all-inclusive ticket. The voucher can be used to purchase drinks or shop at the observatory.
