• You will receive the mobile ticket via email or the WAUG app.

• Friday, Saturday extra show: 08:30 PM - 09:40 PM

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than the show begins.
 

• You will be randomly assigned a seat within your selected category. Seat selection is not available.
• An additional charge may apply during peak seasons such as New Year or Thai public holidays.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the showtime.
• Your reservation is only complete once you have received a confirmation voucher.
• Refunds and reservation changes will not be made for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Additional charges apply for pick-ups outside Pattaya City. (Near Jomtien, Cholchan Pattaya Hotel, Bang Lamung, Phra Tamnak, Soi Siam area surcharge 100 baht per person).
• Please remember that seat assignments are at the sole discretion of the Alcazar Showroom. You cannot select a seat in advance.
• VIP seats are 1st floor, 1-7 rows, Delux seats are 1st floor/ 8-12 rows, and Standard seats are 2nd floor.  
• Kids under three years old can join for free, yet need to accompany adults (no seats are provided.) 
• If the pick-up hours are omitted, don't hesitate to contact us at least 1 or 2 days before the tour. 
• Invoices for extra seats will be sent when both standard and VIP seats are full. 
• If the reservation time slot is not possible, the invoice will be sent out quickly. 
• For the ones who wish to take a commemorative photo with the actors after the show, you can take pictures with them. An etiquette tip is required at this time, 40 baht per person. 
• Keep aware of the loss of valuables, cash, and personal safety accidents. 
• Provide 2 shows a day (the number of shows provided may be subject to change due to the circumstance). 
• Children are available to join the show, yet they need to pay for adult fees. 
• A tip before entering the showroom, please bring as many 20 baht or $1 cash.
