* Please arrive 10 minutes before the bus departure. No refunds are possible for arrivals after departure time.

• Children under 3 years old are free, but separate seats cannot be provided.
• Please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to the tour date. (5 business days a week)
• Tour schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
• If you are bringing a baby car or wheelchair, please let us know in advance.
• Those over the age of 13 are categorized as adults, children between the ages of 3 and 12, and infants under the age of 2.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Rail bikes are 4-seat bikes, so groups of less than 4 may share one bike with other travellers.
• If you wish to ride a two-seater bike, an additional fee of 5,000 won per person will be charged, which can be paid in cash on site.
• If you would like to ride a two-seater bike, please indicate any additional requests in the option box when purchasing.
• Tours are held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
