• When picking up or dropping off in the Kahala area, you must also select the Kahala area surcharge option (one-way basis).
• Children under 2 years old are free. However, no seats are provided.
• The schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• The 7-seat vehicle can accommodate up to 4 people.
• A 7-seater vehicle is allowed a maximum of 4 pieces of luggage.
• We will notify you of the drop-off time via KakaoTalk between 14:00 and 16:00 the day before departure.
• Reservations are possible for a minimum of 2 people. One person cannot use it even if they pay for two people.
• For missed pickup, time and location inquiries, please call the local business number at the bottom of the voucher.
• Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.

baggage regulations

• Golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, immigration bags - exclusive
• Baggage weight limit: 22kg / 50lb (pounds) per piece
• Luggage size restrictions: less than 29 inches in length and width, less than 5 inches in width.
• Additional baggage: $5 per piece / Large size: additional charge of $10 per piece

Hotel → Airport drop off

• Please enter the return date based on the date of departure from the local area (Hawaii). We will drop you off from the hotel to the airport on the date you select.
• When entering information, “Pick-up location” is not required. When sending an airport pick-up to a hotel, please indicate "-" if you are being picked up at the same hotel as the designated hotel.
• However, if you would like to be picked up at a location other than the airport → hotel, please enter your desired pick up location and address.
• A pickup location will be set around the location you entered.

- If notified 15 days prior to the travel date: 100% of the travel fee will be refunded
- If notified within 15 days of the travel date: No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
