What to Remember
- Children under 5 years of age are not permitted.
- You must print the voucher, and you can enter directly with the printed voucher on the day of the performance.
- Please allow plenty of time to visit the venue.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Photography, videography, recording equipment and use of laser pointers are prohibited during the performance.
- Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
- No shopping bags, luggage or backpacks are allowed into the theater, except for small bags or purses (maximum 9 inches x 5 inches x 2 inches).
- When making a reservation, the English name you enter must be the same as the English name on your passport .
- The option you choose is your seat class and has nothing to do with the alphabet you see on the seat chart. The alphabet on the seating chart refers to the ‘row’ of seats.
- Seats are randomly assigned from among the available seats within the option class you have selected.
- You cannot reserve a specific seat; you must sit in the seat indicated on your voucher.
- We will contact you if your reservation is not possible due to the specified option being sold out.
- Lower seating classes may have obstructed views of the stage in some seats. Please refer to this when making a reservation.
Notice of change in performance date
- On November 21st and 23rd, 2024, performances begin at 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
- On December 31, 2024, the performance time will change to 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
