What to Remember
- You must print the voucher, and you can enter the venue directly with the printed voucher on the day of the performance.
- Please allow ample time to visit the venue.
- All ages are charged the same rate.
- There are no separate children's tickets.
- Children aged 0-4 are not permitted to enter.
- Visitors aged 5-18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- When making a reservation, the English name you enter must be identical to the English name on your passport .
- The option you select is the seat class and has nothing to do with the letters on the seat map. The letters on the seat map indicate the seat 'row'.
- Seats will be randomly assigned from among the available seats within the option class you selected.
- You cannot specify a specific seat and must sit in the seat specified on your voucher.
- We will reply if your reservation is not possible due to the option you specified being sold out.
- Lower class seats may have obstructed views of the stage from some seats. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

Notice of change in performance date
- On November 17th and 18th, 2024, the show will only be at 7pm. There will be no show at 9:30pm.
- On November 23, 2024, the show times will change to 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
