JR Hokuriku Rail Pass

The JR Hokuriku Pass, also known as a must-have for traveling to Toyama, is, as the name suggests, a pass that allows you to use JR lines in the Hokuriku area. With one pass, you can visit Toyama, Kanazawa, and Shirakawa-go, and ride the train as much as you want for 4 consecutive days.
Take a non-reserved seat on the Hokuriku Shinkansen (Kanazawa ↔ Kurobe Unazuki Onsen) and enjoy a hot spring trip! You can relax during your trip in comfortable, comfortable seats, and all seats are equipped with power outlets, making them great for charging your cell phone, Wi-Fi, etc. Additionally, use the JR Hokuriku Rail Pass to ride the Thunderbird train that connects the Hokuriku and Kansai regions. Information on available routes and trains
Using the JR Hokuriku Rail Pass, you can freely travel by JR train throughout western Japan, including Komatsu Airport, Fukui, Kanazawa, Toyama (including the airport), and Wakura Onsen and Kurobe Unazuki Onsen, famous for their hot springs. This pass is a 4-day pass and allows unlimited rides for 4 days from the start date.

West Japan JR buses are only valid for local buses within the area. (Not allowed to ride the express bus: You can ride the express bus with the Shoryudo Express Bus Takayama 3-day pass .)

Hokuriku Shinkansen (Kurobe Unazuki Onsen⇔Tokyo)
This does not apply to IR Ishikawa Railway or AINOKAZE Toyama Railway.

What to Remember
- Infants under 1 year old are free.
- Child tickets are available for children ages 6 to 11.
- Up to 2 infants (1-5 years old) are free for each adult or child pass, and a child rail pass is required for the 3rd child or more.
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- This product cannot be used by Japanese nationals, long-term residents, or permanent residents. It is only available to short-term tourists.
- If the ticket issuing machine is defective or the IC chip has not been added to your passport, please go to Midori no Madoguchi (みどりの窓口) at the designated station to exchange it.
- The ticket issuing machine supports five languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).
- This pass can be used for 4 consecutive days from the start date.

Route special exceptions
- If the pass holder does not get off at the IR Ishikawa Railway (Kanazawa<->Tsubata) or the AINOKAZE Toyama Railway (Takaoka<->Toyama), this pass can be used on the Himi Line, Johana Line, and Nanao Line.
- You can use limited express trains on the IR Ishikawa Railway (Kanazawa⇔Tsubata).
- AINOKAZE When using Toyama Railway's rapid AINOKAZE liner, a separate liner fee is charged.
- Be sure to bring your passport when exchanging your pass.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund are not possible after the expiration date.
