If you are staying in hotels outside of this region, we will allocate you an alternative meeting point close to your hotel.

The meeting time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. Please refer to your voucher for the exact meeting time.
Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

• In the case of a sudden increase in airfare or an increase in the operating costs due to exchange rate fluctuations, additional charges may incur to reflect the price difference that arises according to item No. 12 of the travel terms and conditions.
• Your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation voucher.
• No refund or changes to a booking will be made for no-shows or late arrivals.
• You must bring your passport with you.
• Your passport must have at least six months of validity remaining.
• If you have a single passport, it must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure and must be previously unused.
• If your passport is damaged, you cannot enter or leave the country. In this case, you cannot participate in the tour.
• Please follow the safety instructions provided by the guide. You will bear responsibility for any accidents due to failure to follow safety regulations.
• One child under the age of 6 can accompany 2 adults FREE of charge. But children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult using existing beds. 
• A mattress will be provided for accompanying children from ages 6 to 11. 
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
• Maximum of 2 adults & 1 child (Up to 11 years old) allowed per guest room
• There is no Triple Room on the Bhaya Cruise. 3 adults cannot stay in one guest room.
• Since Bhaya Cruise is an accommodation facility like a hotel, you are required to present your passport. Please send us your passport photo once your reservation is confirmed.
• If you wish to move from Hanoi to Halong Bay by a shuttle bus, please add a shuttle bus option. If you don't add it, you should get to the bay by your own.
