• It is defined as daily = 24 hours, weekly = 7 days, and monthly = 30 days. Prices are calculated based on the number of days.

• All baggage cannot be bundled and must be separated from other items, including but not limited to plastic bags, travel pillows, and small travel bags.
• AIRPORTELS does not honor partial collection requests or pick up personal items from baggage during storage services.
• Daily storage: Baggage must be picked up within 24 hours of storage time. If your luggage is stored for more than 24 hours, an additional charge will apply, payable directly to an Airporttels representative.
• If the customer does not meet the reservation details or if the reservation is not a service condition, Airporttels has the right to refuse the reservation or charge additional fees.

When storing luggage at the airport

• We recommend that you leave your luggage at least 2 hours after your flight arrives.

When storing luggage at a shopping mall

• Luggage storage is possible during counter operating hours.

• Special baggage: If it exceeds the regular baggage regulations, sports equipment (surfboard, golf bag), musical instrument (guitar, drum, keyboard instrument), etc.

100% cancellation fee incurred from 0 to 1 day before the date of use until the day of use

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
