I also recommend The Moon, a restaurant on the 52nd floor. There aren't many places where you can have a meal while looking at Tokyo Tower, but this is one of them. The Moon, a new concept restaurant called "Moon Forest," offers a French-style "Aftermoon Tea" during the day, and a splendid menu centered around the "Moonlight High Tea," which has elements of a dinner course.
