As soon as we entered Muir Woods, the giant redwood trees were overwhelming! The guide told us interesting stories about the origins and ecology of the forest, so the 90-minute walk went by quickly. After that, we had an hour of free time in Sausalito, and we went for a walk along the beach and took the ferry back to San Francisco, so it was a perfect day. This is a tour I recommend if you want to see only the city.
