Tips for using the Eurail Spain Pass
The Eurail Spain Pass allows you to travel on high-speed train services or regional trains operated by Renfe. When purchasing your pass, choose a 1st or 2nd class ticket and the period of travel that suits your itinerary. When purchasing your Eurail Spain Pass, you will receive your pass within 1 business day.
After you receive your pass, you can easily plan your trip and reserve your seats using the Rail Planner app.
Activate your Eurail Spain Pass
All Eurail Passes are mobile passes, so you can use them right away without having to exchange them for a printed physical pass.

2. After booking, an email with a Eurail activation link will be sent to you within 24 hours.
3. To use the Eurail Pass, you must download the application. Download for Android / Download for iOS (Supports Android 6.0 / iOS 10.0 or higher)
4. Click on the link sent to your email, enter your passport number and activate your Eurail Pass through the application.
5. After activation, please enter the start date of using your Eurail Pass.
6. After entering the start date, use the application to book a train according to your travel schedule.

How To Use

- After booking, you will receive an email with a Eurail activation link within 24 hours.
- You can check required seat reservation sections and make reservations through the Eurail website. Shortcuts
- If you click on the link sent by email, enter your passport number, and your Eurail Pass will be activated through the application.
- After activation, enter the start date on which you will use your Eurail Pass.
- After entering the start date, you can reserve a train according to your travel schedule through the application.
- It must be activated through the application within 11 months from the reservation date, and can be used non-consecutively for the number of days selected, including the start date.
- Any non-consecutive days selected must be used up within one month. (Example: In the case of a 2-day Spain Pass, it must be used twice within 1 month based on the start date)
- If you board a train departing in the evening and arrive at your destination the next day, only one day of departure is counted. (Example: Departure at 19:00 PM on January 2nd, arrival at 04:00 AM on January 3 > counting as a day on January 2nd)
- For international trains that pass through more than two countries, you must have a pass that covers all the countries you pass through. (e.g. Eurail Global Mobile Pass)
What to Remember

- A 1st class pass can be used in both 1st and 2nd class. A 2nd class pass can be used in 2nd class only.
- Eurail Passes must be activated via the application within 11 months from the reservation date.
- The days are counted from the start date and vary depending on the option you select.
Age requirement
- All age requirements are based on full age and apply based on full age as of the start date.
- The Eurail France Mobile Pass allows up to two children per adult to travel free of charge.
- When making a reservation, you must provide reservation information for all persons.
- If 3 or more children are accompanying one adult, you can purchase youth tickets for the number of people exceeding 2. (Example: 1 adult, 3 children = 1 adult ticket + 1 youth ticket)
- However, if 3 or more children are accompanying 1 adult, please select 1 adult, 2 children, and 1 teenager to fill in the information for all children.
- When accompanying a Senior Pass holder, the free fare for two children does not apply.
- Adults: 28 - 59 years old
- Youth: 12 - 27 years old
- Children: 4 - 11 years old
- Senior: 60 years of age or older
- The pass start date must be after the departure date.
- To use your Eurail Pass, you must download the application and activate it by clicking the link sent to you via email.
- When making a reservation, the English name you enter must match the English name on your passport.
- When making a reservation, you must provide all reservation information for all persons (including children, youth, and seniors).
Cancellation and Refund
