Departs at 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM, 01:30 PM, 02:30 PM, & 03:45 PM from Stop #16 (Santa Monica Pier, 1540 2nd Street, Santa Monica)

• Note that 1-day and 2-day tickets can be used for 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours, respectively. For example, your 2-day Premium ticket is valid for use from January 2 at 11:00 AM to January 4 at 10:59 AM.
• The Big Bus tour of Los Angeles operates daily, excluding Thanksgiving Day (24 November), Christmas Day (25 December) & Oscar's Day (12 March '23). On rare occasions, our service may be affected by events outside of our control. Do check our service alerts here for any unexpected disruptions.
• The date you selected at the time of booking should be the first day of your tour. If you’re touring for more than 1 day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days. 
• A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
• The pre-recorded commentary is available in 9 languages on our bus tours. Enjoy fun facts about Los Angeles with pre-recorded commentary available on all our buses. Languages include Korean, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Mandarin, Japanese, and Hindi. Complimentary earphones are available from your driver. Please note that partner attractions may not offer commentary in other languages.
• We operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles with lifts that can accommodate a weight of up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that our entire fleet in Los Angeles is not wheelchair accessible. If you or your traveling partner(s) require an ADA-accessible vehicle, please contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement. We can then arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required. If you require a different accommodation, please also contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement so we can make arrangements for accommodation. Please note that messages left on the office's general voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

TCL Chinese Theatre Walking Tour

• Available for Premium and Deluxe ticketholders only
• Discover the history of the cinema palace with stories and fun facts from the theatre's beginnings through to today, ranging from Hollywood premieres to celebrity hand-print ceremonies in the Forecourt of the Stars.
• This ticket includes admission to a 30-minute walking tour of the TCL Chinese Theatre.
• Simply present your ticket voucher at the tour kiosk (located at the entrance of the theatre at 6925 Hollywood Blvd) in exchange for a ticket for the next available tour.
• Tours begin at 09:30 AM daily.

Celebrity Homes & Lifestyle Tour 

• Available for Deluxe ticketholders only
• The Celebrity Homes & Lifestyle tour operates daily with departures at 11:00 AM, 01:30 PM, and 04:00 PM. Hop on at Stop #1, the Big Bus Visitor Center at 6763 Hollywood Boulevard. 
• Arrive 15 minutes in advance of your tour start time.
• Guests without reservations will be seated on the next departing tour on a 'first-come, first-served basis.
• The tour takes about 2 hours, with a stop for photos at the Universal City Overlook.
