- If you have purchased a [Family Ticket], please enter the ticket collection code on the official Changlong online reservation page and make an online reservation. If the online reservation is successful, a QR code will be generated, and you can enter by presenting the generated QR code.
- If the facility admission fee changes, you may be required to pay the difference.
- After receiving your ticket at the park ticket office with the original valid ID you entered when making your reservation (Hong Kong/Macau tourists' return permit, Taiwanese tourists' Taiwan compatriot certificate, overseas tourists' passport), you can enter the park by presenting your ID and ticket at the park gate. However, Chinese nationals can enter immediately by presenting only their ID and do not need to exchange tickets.
