• The helicopter experience lasts approximately 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the option selected.
• Total progress time is approximately 3 to 4 hours and 30 minutes depending on the option.
• The Eco Star helicopter model can seat 6 people.
• Helicopter experience time may change depending on weather conditions.
• Free for children under 1 year old (sitting on a guardian’s lap), adult rates apply from 2 years old
• 12/25 and 1/1 are closed days.
• The schedule may be changed or canceled depending on local circumstances.

• Motion sickness medication must be taken individually in advance if necessary, and refunds are not possible due to motion sickness.
• For safety reasons, seats are assigned based on body weight at the discretion of the helicopter company, and in some cases, you may be separated from your group or board a different helicopter.
• It is not possible to participate in a helicopter tour within 24 hours of scuba diving.
• This tour is available for guests staying on each island (Oahu/Maui/Big Island/Kauai).

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
