Island Lumina entrance information

• The performance start time varies depending on the season's sunset time, so please be sure to check the admission time on the official website before use.
• Entry is permitted 30 minutes before the performance start time.
• Please understand in advance that the performance start time may change depending on the situation on the day.
• During times of congestion, waiting times may be longer than scheduled.
• To prevent accidents and confusion, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to ensure smooth entry. If you do not follow the staff's instructions and precautions, you may be refused entry.
• When staff guide customers, there are cases where they touch the customer's shoulder or arm. We ask for your understanding in advance.
• At the discretion of the organizer, baggage may be checked to check for prohibited items.
• To prevent safety accidents and confusion and ensure smooth entry to the event venue for all visitors, please be sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

Island Lumina event information

• The course includes uphill and downhill slopes, steep stairs, and slippery areas that take advantage of the natural terrain, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.
• Please do not run inside the venue.
• Restrooms are provided at the entrance and one in the middle of the course.
• This attraction has different entrances and exits and does not store luggage separately at the entrance.
• If you have young children, please hold their hands tightly and keep an eye on them at all times.
• Please understand that participation may be refused if there are any risk factors, such as young children or people with physical disabilities.
• If you are in a wheelchair, viewing may be restricted due to stairs and steps. (However, an adult guardian is required)
• Pets are not permitted.
• The use of drones or tripods is not permitted when filming, and please refrain from blocking the passage and taking pictures.
• Even in rainy weather, the attraction will run as normal, but please refrain from using umbrellas and bring a raincoat.

Information on using the free shuttle bus

• The shuttle bus between Nagasaki Station and Iwo Jima Island requires advance reservation and must be made in person . It has nothing to do with this product.
• The shuttle bus between Nagasaki Station and Iwo Jima Island has a capacity of 40 people and is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The exclusive shuttle bus between Iwo Jima and Island Lumina runs every 10 minutes and does not require reservations or first-arrival.
• The free shuttle bus is operated by Island Lumina, and we are not responsible for any accidents that occur in connection with the shuttle bus.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Please check.
• Eating and smoking are not allowed on the shuttle bus.

Refunds are possible until the voucher is used.

*When using courses B and C*
You can cancel or change your order free of charge up to 16:00 5 days prior to the travel date.
Refunds and changes are not possible for cancellations or changes made after 16:00 5 days prior to the travel date.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
