• This product is available for 2 or more people.
• Children under 12 years of age cannot participate alone.
• If only minors are participating, a consent form signed by a parent is required.
• The age limit for snorkeling is 5 to 60 years old.
• Children under 10 years old who participate in snorkeling must pay an intensive care fee of 1,500 yen per person on-site.
• The age limit for participating in the experience diving is 10 to 60 years old.
• Snorkeling/experience diving time is approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
• Please wear your swimsuit in advance.
• Please bring your own water, a change of clothes, towels, shower supplies, sunscreen, hats, etc.
• Those with circulatory/respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or those who drank alcohol on the same day cannot participate.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
• If you wear contact lenses, please use disposable ones if possible as there is a risk of losing them in the water.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.  
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• If it rains but the waves are not high, the tour will proceed normally.
• Shower facilities, changing facilities, and toilets are provided at the meeting place.
• In case of bad weather or high waves, entry to the Blue Cave may be impossible. In this case, the points may be changed.
• Please understand that you may not be able to participate depending on your health condition on the day.
• Persons weighing over 100 kg cannot use the facility as wetsuits are not provided.
• It takes about 7 minutes to get to Blue Cave Point by boat from the port, but if you are concerned about seasickness, please take seasickness medicine.

10 to 8 days before the date of use: 20% of the travel price
7 to 2 days before the date of use: 30% of the travel price
Day before use date: 50% of travel price
On the day of use: 100% of the travel fee
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
