• This product can be used by 2 or more people.
• Children under 12 years of age cannot participate alone.
• If only minors participate, a consent form signed by their parents is required.
• The age limit for snorkeling is 5 to 60 years old.
• Children under the age of 10 who participate in snorkeling must pay an intensive care fee of 1,500 yen per person on site.
• The age limit for participating in experience diving is 10 to 60 years old.
• Snorkeling/experience diving time is approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
• Please wear a swimsuit in advance.
• Please bring your own water, change of clothes, towel, shower equipment, sunscreen, and hat.
• People with circulatory/respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or drinking alcohol on the day are not permitted to participate.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
• If you wear contact lenses, there is a risk of losing them in the water, so please use disposable ones whenever possible.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad. Learn more
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Even if it rains, the tour will proceed as normal as long as the waves are not high.
• Shower facilities, changing facilities, and restrooms are available at the meeting location.
• In case of bad weather or high waves, it may not be possible to enter the Blue Cave. In this case, your points may change.
• Depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. please understand.
• People weighing more than 100kg cannot use the facility as wetsuits are not provided.
• It takes about 7 minutes to take a boat from the port to the Blue Cave Point, but if you are worried about seasickness, please take seasickness medication.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
