CIP Orchid Lounge: After passing immigration, proceed with baggage inspection. If you turn left, you will see an elevator and there is a sign for CIP Orchid Lounge. (CIP Orchid Lounge is located one floor up.)

• When making a reservation, please make a reservation based on the expected lounge entry time and date. (Example: If you are taking RS554 flight 02:20 AM on September 20, please make a reservation date of September 19.)
• Please note that towels may not be provided due to local circumstances.
• Please present your representative's passport, airline ticket, and voucher to the staff at the CIP Orchid Lounge to enter .
• Children cannot purchase tickets alone. (When making a reservation for children, please make a reservation with an adult.)
• Please be especially careful about losing valuables and cash, as well as personal safety accidents. (Please be advised in advance that we are not responsible for the loss of valuables, regardless of the reason.)
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.

100% cancellation fee from 1 day prior to use date
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
