Airport pick-up :
For a limited time, airport pickup is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM based on arrival time at Kota Kinabalu Airport. (Be sure to check separate pickup request.)

• Changes or refunds due to no-shows or late arrivals are not possible.

• Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may change depending on local circumstances.
• Just as each person's taste is different, the intensity of each therapist's massage may also vary.
• Please ask for the strength of the massage to be adjusted to your preference.

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
•Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
•Based on business hours, if you request cancellation of your reservation 2 days prior to the date of use and do not use it without confirming the cancellation, or if you are unable to participate in the tour due to failure to meet the pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show (reservation canceled) and no refund will be possible.
