- This tour product departs at 1:30 PM every day.
- Minimum departure number is 12 people. The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- You will be notified of confirmation 7 days prior to the date of use, and the tour company will contact you separately.

- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Date changes or refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show on the day of use.
- Infants under 24 months old can use it for free.
- The rate is the same for adults and children.
- Date changes are possible up to 7 days before the date of use. (based on business days)
- Applicable days: Weekends/Taiwan public holidays/Weekdays with heavy traffic (depending on local circumstances, determined by the Tourism Office)
- According to the Tourism Act, the entry of regular buses is restricted, and vehicle control applies to all companies (even on weekdays depending on local conditions).
- Yehliu, Shifen, Shifen Waterfall, parking lot (near Jiufen), Jiufen>Taipei use travel agency vehicles.
- It takes about 15 minutes one way, costs NTD 15 (personal expense/free for children under 6), please pay on site.
- If vehicle control is released, you will be transferred to your own vehicle without moving to the parking lot.
