Pick-up time and vehicle information will be announced via KakaoTalk the evening before the tour. (If you do not receive guidance, please contact us through the Kakao channel “ Cebu Travel The Mark Tour ”.)
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the meeting time.

When moving individually to the meeting location
In front of Cabana Restaurant until 8:30 a.m.

• When making a reservation, please be sure to include your name, date of birth, gender, pick-up and drop-off location, contact information, and email address in Korean/English.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
• However, if you are on standby, we will contact you separately by phone.
• The exact pick-up time will be sent to you via KakaoTalk as a reminder before the tour.
• The tour will cover two islands: Olango and San Vicente.
• The price is the same for all ages except infants. (Infant: under 24 months of age on date of use)
• Babysitters for children under 24 months are only available if you apply in advance at the time of reservation (same-day application is not possible).
• Infants must also be on the passenger list to use the yacht. When making a reservation, please be sure to provide the number of months and your name in English/Korean.
• If the number of people departing for the tour is less than 10, the tour may inevitably be cancelled .
• We recommend that you reserve plenty of time for the next event after the tour ends.
• Menus may change depending on on-site conditions.
• Your shoes may get wet when getting on and off the boat, so it is a good idea to bring slippers .
• The Mark Cruise Yacht is not affected by rain, so the tour will proceed even if it rains . However, there may be days when the sunset is not pretty due to the weather.
• Due to weather, the tour may be canceled at the captain's decision right before the day's tour. Since sea conditions change in real time, we will check before the tour and inform you of cancellation if it is difficult.
• The company's decision to cancel the tour due to weather or mechanical defects is for safety reasons, so complaints due to this are not possible.
• Date changes are possible if there are seats available on the desired date. (However, you must check in advance and changes on the day are not possible)
• Please note that refunds are not possible if cancellation is requested due to a personal request other than a cancellation notification from the company, so please purchase carefully.
• We are not responsible if it cannot be used due to natural disasters or closures, and cancellations and refunds are not possible.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Please ask the local staff for photos on board and underwater. After the tour, you will receive it via Facebook within a week. (Underwater photos provided during the tour are a service provided for the customer’s enjoyment. If photos are difficult to send due to a problem with the camera, they will not be recognized as a complaint.)

Pick-up information

• Pick-up is available for free at resorts in Mactan, but there are areas in Mactan where it is not available (e.g. near the airport, etc.), so please inquire before making a reservation.
• Please note that pick-up/drop-off is operated by shuttle according to the pick-up route.
• The day before the tour, the company will provide detailed pickup time and vehicle information via KakaoTalk.
• If you are coming from the city or in person, please gather in front of the Cabana Restaurant by 08:30.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to a fee in accordance with the special terms and refund terms of the relevant product.
- If requested 15 days prior to travel departure date: full refund
- If requested 14 to 6 days prior to travel departure date: refund after 50% of travel fee is deducted
- If requested 5 days before the tour departure date - On the day of the tour: 100% non-refundable
- Natural disaster (typhoon, earthquake): Full refund possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
