Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.

• What to bring: Warm winter clothing (gloves, waterproof ski clothes, beanie), sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, backpack, light snack or drink (if necessary)
• Minimum age is 8 years old (those under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian).
• Basic physical fitness required! Medical conditions such as eye surgery, high blood pressure, chronic ear disease with balance problems, heart problems, epilepsy, increased cardiovascular risk, neurological problems, whiplash and pregnancy are excluded from participating in the activity or tour.
• If an activity has to be terminated early due to a participant's lack of fitness or inadequate equipment (especially personal equipment brought by the participant), all recourse will be forfeited.
• This product is only available from December to March. (Depends on snowfall)
• The hike lasts 1.5-2 hours out of the total time of 4 hours. (Difficulty level: medium to low)
• Winter clothing can be rented at the outdoor main store before the tour begins.
• Snowshoes make walking in snowy mountains easier.
• The tour takes place in a mountain village on the outskirts of Grindelwald.
• The Wetterhorn Snowshoe Trail follows spectacular views of the Eiger North Face.
• This is the best winter mountain activity for non-skiers.
• Outdoor trips may be canceled due to inclement weather. However, it is very difficult to accurately predict the weather on the day of the activity. Outdoor trips are always conducted in compliance with safety regulations.
• Please be sure to enter your local contact information in case the company needs to contact you due to bad weather. If the activity proceeds normally, no further contact will be made.
• If the trip cannot proceed due to weather, you can rebook 100% free or receive a 100% refund.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

Cancellation and refund requests can only be made 48 hours prior to the trip time. If the trip cannot proceed due to weather, you can rebook 100% free or receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
