• Pick-up hotel changes are not possible 3 days prior to the date of use.
• The exact meeting time will be sent from the company via KakaoTalk.
• If you do not receive meeting instructions, you can confirm your reservation by contacting the emergency contact number.
• Complimentary hotel pick-up/drop-off service is provided for hotels in Da Nang city and some beach resorts.
• For transportation outside Da Nang city and outskirts, and Hoi An area, you must purchase additional options.
• If you are picked up in the Hoi An area, you will travel to downtown Da Nang in a private vehicle and then join the tour vehicle for the tour.
• If the drop is in the Hoi An area, you will be taken to downtown Da Nang by tour vehicle, then board a private vehicle and go to Hoi An.
• Pick-up/drop-off service is not available in Nam Hoi An, Da Nang Intercontinental, and Hue areas.
