BESTThe rain and wind were so strong that it was difficult to take nice pictures and swimming was difficult, but the terrain was very beautiful.
Loved by real locals,
Hepingdao Park, Keelung, Taiwan
It is a tourist attraction with the most well-preserved natural scenery near Keelung, Taiwan. Hepingdao Park is a place with rock formations surrounding the beach. It was used as a coastal defense base and is now used as a natural swimming pool using sea water and a tourist attraction. Visit here to admire the amazing rocks created by strong wave erosion and weathering, and spend leisurely time walking around while listening to the sound of the waves.
During the summer season only, you can beat the heat by swimming in the ocean pool.

Hoping Dao Park, located near Keelung, Taiwan, is a place where you can see the best sea scenery and a seaside platform created solely by the power of nature, so much so that it is called the world's secret place. Introduction to how to get there
From Taipei, you can take bus 1579A to Keelung Hepingdao Park. However, you have to walk about 1.6km. If you find it difficult to walk, I recommend taking a taxi at this time.
TIP:
You must never ride 1579 or 1579B!
Meet fantastic scenery
Hepingdao Park is a place where you can see the prettiest sunset in Taiwan, as well as views of Keelung Port and the ocean, making it a truly attractive travel destination. Especially in the summer, you can take a dip in the island's outdoor swimming pool, experience the many leisure experiences the park has to offer, and see the unique landscape created by the strange rock formations on the coastline that have resulted from centuries of erosion.
