How To Use
- Please check your e-ticket via email or WAUG app
- On the day of use, please scan your passport and E-ticket QR code at the ticket machine at the designated station, exchange for the pass, and use it.

How to receive your ticket:
1. Please prepare your passport and e-ticket.
2. Please select a language from the top menu of the ticket machine. (English, Chinese, Korean supported)
3. Select “Recieve reserved ticket”
4. Select “Exchange for Japan Pass”
5. Scan the E-ticket QR code at the exact location .
6. Select the pass start date. (You can select up to 1 month in the future)
7. Click Agree to the information about pass receipt qualifications and personal information. (Total 2 questions)
8. Please scan your e-passport at the correct location . (If it is not an e-passport, you cannot scan it and must collect it in person.)
9. On the confirmation page, check the product and collect your rail pass.

Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation and refund are not possible after the expiration date.
- Refunds are not possible after exchanging for a real ticket.
- Partial cancellation is not possible.
