You can enjoy a much more comfortable and affordable trip by purchasing the JR Kansai Hiroshima Pass in advance before leaving for Kansai and Hiroshima. With one pass, you can freely travel to many cities such as Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara, Kansai Airport, Himeji, Wakayama, Okayama, Kurashiki, Onomichi, Miyazawa, and Iwakuni, as well as conveniently visit various tourist attractions. Enjoy a variety of excursions, such as visiting Itsukushima Shrine and the Atomic Bomb Dome at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, or taking a ferry to the treasure museum on Miyajima Island.
In particular, you can travel smartly because you can take unlimited rides on the Sanyo Shinkansen, limited express, and local trains.
Routes and available trains
With the Kansai Hiroshima Pass, you can travel freely within the valid area shown on the map. You can start your trip anywhere in the Kansai region, including Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kansai Airport, and can travel to Okayama, Makamatsu, Tottori, and Hiroshima with just the JR Kansai Hiroshima Pass.
In terms of airports, Hiroshima Airport, Okayama Airport, Takamatsu Airport, and Kansai Airport are all accessible, so it's really convenient.

Reserved seats on limited express trains (HARUKA, KUROSHIO, THUNDERBIRD, KOUNOTORI, SUPER HAKUTO (Kyoto⇔Kamigori), etc.)
When using SUPER HAKUTO between Kamigori⇔Tottori or SUPER INABA between Kamigori⇔Tottori, separate fares and charges for the same section are required.

How To Use
- Please check your e-ticket via email or WAUG app
- On the day of use, please scan your passport and E-ticket QR code at the ticket machine at the designated station, exchange for the pass, and use it.
- Expiration date: 90 days from purchase date

How to receive your ticket:
1. Please prepare your passport and e-ticket.
2. Please select a language from the top menu of the ticket machine. (English, Chinese, Korean supported)
3. Select “Recieve reserved ticket”
4. Select “Exchange for Japan Pass”
5. Scan the E-ticket QR code at the exact location .
6. Select the pass start date. (You can select up to 1 month in the future)
7. Click Agree to the information about pass receipt qualifications and personal information. (Total 2 questions)
8. Please scan your e-passport at the correct location . (If it is not an e-passport, you cannot scan it and must collect it in person.)
9. On the confirmation page, check the product and collect your rail pass.

What to Remember
- It is not available to Japanese passport holders.
- Users with residence status in Japan cannot use the product.
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- The voucher validity period is 90 days (date of purchase, not date of use).
- If you are making a reservation for two or more tickets, please enter the information for all of the prospective users rather than duplicating the representative's information. Otherwise, no ticket will be issued.
- If you start using the ticket after issuing it, no refund will be possible even if the train is suspended.
- Please be sure to bring your passport when issuing tickets. A copy of your passport is not possible.
- Physical ticket machines are available in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean.
- If the ticket issuing machine is defective or there is no IC chip in your passport, please go to the counter (Midori no Madoguchi) at the designated station to receive a physical ticket.
- If you need an additional ticket when traveling, please purchase it at JR West Japan Station before boarding.
- Station counters (Midori-no-madoguchi) have location information for each station.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation and refund are not possible after the expiration date.
- Refunds are not possible after exchanging for a real ticket.
- Partial cancellation is not possible.

Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
