• The ticket is valid for one entry only on the date specified.
• There are no lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Appropriate swimwear is required. Cut-offs and denim shorts are not permitted in the pool.
• Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
• All children under 13 years of age must enter the water with a parent/guardian in the ratio of 1 parent/guardian to 4 children.
• Children who cannot swim must remain within arm's reach of their parent/guardian and remain in the children's pool. There must be one parent/guardian for each child who cannot swim.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted.
• No food or drinks from outside are allowed.
• Glass containers are not allowed in the swimming pool.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be denied access to the swimming pool.
• Do not run near swimming pools.
• No shoving, shoving, horseplay or inappropriate behavior is allowed. Titi Batu Club reserves the right to expel guests from the swimming pool due to their behavior.
• Dives, back dives and flips are not permitted.
• Do not sit, stand or play on the railings outside the pool.
• During peak hours, pool users will be required to share lanes and swim in circles.
• In case of inclement weather (thunder, lightning, tornado warnings, etc.) the pool may be closed for 30 minutes.
• Glass, sharp objects or other items that could cause injury or accidents are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
• Spitting, squirting, blowing your nose, or excreting waste in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
• All guests using the pool must shower before entering the pool.
• Guests with blisters, cuts, or wounds are advised not to use the pool.

*Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / Weekends and Public Holidays 10:00~17:00).
