BEST***** Please don't buy it ***** 1 point is likely to be lost, so I'm giving it 5 points. 1 point is also a waste. But we got the Kyoto Pass at Incheon Airport, so we thought about going to the duty free shop and arrived early. We were 5 people, so we booked 5 tickets in advance and even received a confirmation, but the bookstore only had 4 copies, so they said to refund one copy. I don't have anything to say if I didn't make a reservation. So, after talking with the person in charge for about 40 minutes about how to handle the work, I entered right before check-in time. The person in charge said that he couldn't answer the phone because he was in Japan, so he would let me know the situation via KakaoTalk and that I could buy it at Kyoto Station, so I wrote down my phone number and name and went. I went to Kyoto Station and they said that this product is out of season and no longer sold? I'm not sure if I can use it or not. So we couldn't receive or use what we reserved, and we paid for the subway bus. I was so angry that I consulted with the person in charge on weekdays. If I had responded appropriately or apologized, I wouldn't have been this angry. The person in charge is a consignment business, so they say they don't know. that's really annoying

Introducing how to receive and use tickets
You can use the JR Kansai Mini Pass by purchasing it at WAUG and exchanging it for a physical ticket through a ticket vending machine with the provided voucher. The easiest way is to use the automatic ticket machine at Kansai Airport.
Introduction to ticket collection order:
1. Please prepare your passport and mobile voucher.
2. Select a language from the top menu of the ticket machine. (English, Chinese, Korean supported)
3. Select “Recieve reserved ticket”
4. Select “Exchange for Japan Pass”
5. Scan the mobile voucher QR code at the correct location .
6. Please select the pass start date. (You can select a date up to 1 month later)
7. Click Agree to the information regarding pass receipt eligibility and personal information. (2 questions in total)
8. Scan your electronic passport at the correct location . (If it is not an electronic passport, it cannot be scanned and you will receive it in person)
9. Check the product on the confirmation page and receive your rail pass.

What to Remember
- This product is an automatic reservation product. Same-day reservations and same-day use are available.
- It is not available to Japanese passport holders.
- The use date cannot be changed after ticket issuance.
- The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- It can only be used by those with short-term stay qualifications, and cannot be used by those with long-term stay qualifications such as student visas.
- If you start using the ticket after issuing it, no refund will be possible even if the train is suspended.
- The Kansai Mini Pass does not include limited express fares for buses, Haruka, limited express trains, and Shinkansen. If you wish to use it, please purchase a separate limited express ticket locally.
- Ticket machines can only issue tickets if they are marked “5689” and have a passport reader.
- Physical ticket machines are available in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean.
- If the ticket issuing machine is defective or there is no IC chip in your passport, please go to the counter (Midori no Madoguchi) at the designated station to receive a physical ticket.
- Station counters (Midori-no-madoguchi) have location information for each station.
- If you need an additional ticket when traveling, please purchase it at JR West Japan Station before boarding.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
