How To Use
- Voucher provided via email must be printed

Beach sunset snaps vary depending on the sunset time, and the time is selected by the photographer when making a reservation.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before the meeting time.
What to Remember
- This product is photographed with 2 or 4 people.
- When purchasing a beach sunset snap product, pickup service may vary depending on the hotel you are staying in, so you must enter hotel information when making a reservation.
- Pick-up service is not available for products other than Beach Sunset Snap. Please move individually.
- Not operating on 1/1 and 12/25.
- Couple Waikiki Snap, Waikiki Couple, and Beach Sunset Snap are only available to couples and honeymooners and are not available to children.
- Couple Waikiki Snap 30 minutes does not provide the original.
- It is automatically canceled after 5 minutes of shooting time, and there are no cancellations, postponements, or refunds.
- For family photography, if there are children, the filming location may be changed to Kapiolani Beach & Park due to safety concerns.
- If you wish to add more family members, you can pay an additional fee on site.
- Please make sure to check the schedule for each day of the week before making a reservation.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- If the reservation cannot be confirmed due to incorrect information at the time of reservation, no refund is possible.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
