Follow Hwy 19 Queen Kaahumanu Hwy until you reach Honokohau Marina Turn off. You will see the sign “HONOKOHAU MARINA.” Turn toward “Keakakehe Pkwy.”
Approximately 650 meters ahead, take the first right turn. The meeting point is when you see two yellow pillars along the road to the port.

Meeting time:
The time changes depending on the sunset time. The exact meeting time will be announced on your voucher.
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than the time stated on your voucher.

• Please prepare a swimsuit (pre-installed), beach towel, change of clothes, hat, sunglasses, motion sickness medication (pre-installed), and sunscreen.
• Refunds and compensation are not possible if you are unable to encounter marine animals living in nature.
• If you suffer from motion sickness, please take motion sickness medication before pickup.
• It may be cold after snorkeling, so please prepare warm-weather clothing.
• Boats may change depending on the number of people on the tour. (30 seats)
• This tour can be reserved for 2 or more people.
• Children under 2 years old can ride for free. However, you must be accompanied by an adult.
• Ages 3 to 11 are considered children, and ages 12 and older are considered adults.
• You must enter your email address accurately when making a reservation.
• If the voucher is not printed, it cannot be used or refunded.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• The schedule may change depending on current circumstances.
• Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
