- Pets are not allowed in the aquarium (excluding service animals)
- Outside food and drinks are permitted only in Austin Aquarium concession areas.
- Children: 3 - 11 years old / Adults: 12 years and older
- Children under 3 years old can enter free of charge without a ticket.
- Discounted tickets are available for students, seniors, and military (select Senior when making reservations). (Must bring valid ID)
