• Approximate travel time one way is 1 hour.
• Boarding the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Because the lines are very long in the morning, if you wish to exchange your ticket on the day of purchase, we recommend arriving at the ticket exchange location at least one hour before your desired departure time.
• The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Each voucher can only be used once.
• You may be asked to present identification to verify your identity. Please always carry your passport and ID with you.
• This product cannot be changed or canceled once the reservation is confirmed.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
