Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.
Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM malfunction may be due to reasons other than product issues, such as issues with the device being used, inexperience with settings, or temporary communication failures. Therefore, refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi etc.
Refund requests made after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.

Cancellations/refunds are only applicable to requests received during business hours (weekdays 09:00-18:00).
