- Refunds are available only within 7 days from the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM malfunction may be due to reasons other than product issues, such as issues with the device being used, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication failures. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation through customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and after approval.
- Refunds requested after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were first registered on.
- Once registered, it cannot be re-registered on another device.

Cancellations/refunds are applied only to requests received during business hours (weekdays, 09:00-18:00).
