However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.
Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to reasons such as the device in use, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication failures, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and upon approval.
Refunds requested after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.
