Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.
Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device in use, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi etc.
Refunds requested after returning to your home country without prior confirmation may not be processed.
