BESTI went on a trip with my husband to celebrate Christmas, but no matter how long I waited in the lobby on the first floor that morning, he didn't come, so another tour team approached and the Thai employee in the lobby asked if there was anything he could help me with. It seemed like it was. From then on, I started to feel bad and thought my trip was ruined, but somehow we left an hour later and couldn't do everything I wanted to do on the tour. However, time was running short, so I was able to see a few things in a hurry and move on. The tour driver who came was very kind and nice, but since it was his first time on the road, he asked for directions here and there. However, the tour driver was not at fault, so I tried to have a good time, but overall I was dissatisfied with the late time. It would have been nice if I had been on time and toured as planned... I still feel a lot of regret.
