Cancellation and Refund

- If cancellation is requested 8 days or more prior to the travel date: full refund
- If cancellation is requested 7 to 5 days prior to the travel date: KRW 2,500 per reservation will be deducted
- If cancellation is requested 4 to 2 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the payment amount will be deducted.
- 1 day to the day of travel or No Show: No cancellation/change/refund possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
