• For Saturday/Sunday buyers, we will inform you of the pickup time before 17:00 on Tuesday after making a reservation on Monday.
• Upon confirmation, we will provide you with the KakaoTalk/emergency contact information for a Korean resident in Vietnam.
• Because it is a join-in tour, you do not have to worry about pick-up delays, etc. If you contact the emergency contact number on the day of the tour, we will quickly confirm.
• For hotels in the new town or on the outskirts, you must come directly to The Hanoian Hotel (42A hang cot) by 08:45.
• We provide free pick-up for hotels in HOAM KIEN Old Town, so please enter the exact hotel name when making a reservation.
• Please wait in the lobby on the first floor of your accommodation at the designated pickup time.
• If your pick-up time is 09:00-09:20, you must wait at the meeting location from 09:00.
• If you are not in the lobby at the pick-up time, departure may occur without prior notice, and you will be processed as a no-show and no full refund will be given, nor will you be able to change the date.
• If you would like to meet in Halong Bay, please wait at the ATM in front of Halong Bay dock from 12:00. You can meet with the guide between 12:00-12:20.
• If you have a child under the age of 4, please indicate in the request field when purchasing. (If there are no seats available on the day, you must sit on the lap of a guardian before boarding the car.)
• The round trip travel time is approximately 6 hours, so please take this into consideration when making reservations for the elderly, pregnant women, or infants.
• In the case of a tour with foreigners in Vietnam, you may stop by a shopping shop visited by locals to use the restroom.
• Please note that this is a shopping shop unrelated to the tour operator, and the tour operator is not responsible for your purchase.
• The order of the above schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• It is not recommended to go to the airport after the tour ends, and it is recommended to take the tour a day in advance.
• There is a separate fee for the Vietnamese Lunar New Year and we will inform you separately.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
