What to Remember
- To receive a Flexi ticket, you will need a physical ID of the person who reserved the ticket.
- You must collect your Flexi voucher on the day of your reservation, but you can use it later if you wish. Valid for 60 days from first use.
- Each attraction can only be visited once with the same pass (excluding the hop-on hop-off bus, of course).
- Exchange your smartphone voucher for a Flexi Pass at the Vienna Sightseeing and Vienna Pass Service (underground station Kärntner Ring).
- Please purchase adult tickets for those aged 19 or older.
- Please purchase a child ticket for ages 6 - 18.
