Shall we follow a local guide to Tra Que Village, a green vegetable farm village in Hoi An? Ride your bike and enjoy the beautiful Vietnamese countryside surrounding you! When you arrive at the village, you will experience farm work with local farmers. You can learn directly from locals about Vietnamese farming techniques, from watering to fertilizer application. If you've worked hard, now it's time to take a nice break! Sip on a special local Vietnamese tea. Next, we will make rice paper, an essential ingredient in Vietnamese cooking. It's unique and nice to be able to learn how to make rice paper from a local person, from start to finish. Lastly, try Vietnamese pho!
