• Each passenger over 6 years of age can accommodate one infant or child on their lap (free of charge)
• You must pay the child fare for the second infant or toddler, or if you wish to reserve a seat.
• Infants are between 1 and 6 years old, and infants are under 1 year old (free of charge).
• Children between 6 and 7 years old and before entering elementary school are considered infants, and elementary school children between 12 and 13 years old are considered children. Gender

• When exchanging for a ticket on site, please show the voucher with “seat number” written on it to the station staff.
• This ticket is a one-way ticket. Please select the course you want.
• All vehicles have reserved seats and smoking is prohibited. Due to its high popularity, if you make a reservation with a group of people, you may not be able to reserve seats adjacent to each other.
• When presenting an E-ticket, screenshots cannot be presented or used.
• Car No. 5 (Rich Ho) is an open carriage with no windows, so it may get wet in rainy weather, and umbrellas are not allowed inside the carriage.
• The stroller can be folded and used.
• Bicycles are not permitted.
• All cars on the Sagano Torokko train have reserved seating, and smoking is prohibited in all cars.
• Please understand that your ticket will be invalid after stopping midway.
• After the reservation is confirmed, the designated boarding date and departure time cannot be changed. Seat changes are possible up to 2 days before the participation date. Seat changes are allowed up to 2 times.
• You can ride as long as you place your pet in a cage (less than 70cm in length, with a total of about 90cm in width, height, and length, and the combined weight of the cage and pet is within 10kg), and make sure that the face or body is not exposed at all. (Separately paid belongings required) A fee of 260 yen will be charged and payment will be made on site)
• If there are empty seats, you can cancel the reserved seat and change the seat.

• The QR code will be displayed from 00:00 on the day of boarding.
• You can use multiple tickets with one smartphone.
• You can board after presenting the QR code to the on-site staff. (The QR code reader installation schedule has not been determined, so if there is a change in the admission method in the future, re-information will be provided)
• We recommend using the device after updating to the latest version of iOS 15 or higher and Android 10.0 or higher.
• We recommend using Chrome and Safari browsers.
• It is recommended that you set your smartphone display to white mode before using it. (In dark mode, QR code recognition may be difficult)
